New Client Consultation
Your healing journey with ZEMAYA begins with a conversation.
Service Description
This 30-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to connect and discuss what brings you to ZEMAYA, what you would like support with, and what you hope to explore through our work together. Before we meet, you will complete a brief New Client Questionnaire to help me understand a little about you and what is bringing you to this work. Following our consultation, I will take time to carefully consider what we have discussed and whether my work is appropriate for your needs. You will hear from me within 24–48 hours with either a recommended path forward or, when appropriate, a referral to another practitioner or resource. Please note: A consultation does not guarantee that we will proceed with a healing session. I approach each potential healing relationship with care and consideration to ensure that working together feels appropriate and supportive.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also result in the deposit being forfeited. Thank you for respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session.
