Reiki
Rest. Receive. Rebalance.
Service Description
Reiki is a form of energy medicine work that can offer an opportunity to deeply relax, heal and reconnect with yourself. During a session, I work with subtle energy supporting balance and flow within your energetic system(s). You may experience sensations such as warmth and tingling, or you may simply enjoy a quiet period of rest and stillness. Every person's experience is different.
